Who we are
We are a registered welfare group of Chelsea Football Club Fans in Kenya, passionate about Football, Charity and the Wellbeing of our members.
Founded in 2020 and registered in Kenya under the Registrar of Social Services, to support its members during life’s most difficult moments through finances, spiritual and emotional support.
Membership
Our Membership spans across Kenya, through the Chelsea Kenya Fans affiliate Branches Currently there are 22 Chelsea Kenya Branches.
A registered member of any of the Branches can register to be a Chelsea 254 Welfare Member by Paying registration Fee and Monthly subscription Fees
Benefits
Registered Members who after completion of a 6 months incubation period, are eligible for Hospitalization and Bereavement Packages as stipulated by the Welfare Constitution.
Leadership and Management
The Welfare Fund is managed by an elected committee, that includes representatives of the welfare houses who manage the smaller groups, verify and approve members claims.
The Welfare Committee is elected after every Two (2) Years.
